FAQ’s
Q: How do I order a specific suit design from your instagram/ tiktok?
A: To order a suit we have uploaded on social media please contact us on either our website or through instagram dms and we are happy to help you!
Q: I entered the wrong address on my order. How can I update it ?
A: Email us or contact us ASAP!!! We can adjust your address for you and fix this issue before your order has shipped. Note that we cannot refund you if you do not tell us prior to the order being already shipped.
Q: How will I know my size?
A: A size Guide is included on the item page but if that doesn’t help you feel free to contact us and we will let you know how to measure and determine what size will fit best!
Q: The suit I want isn’t in my size, How can I get it in my size?
A: We may be able to tailor the item into your size. Contact us for more information, we also include free tailoring with any purchase over $100! If this doesn’t work out we are happy to place a custom order in any design in your measurements.
Q: Can I order some of the wedding items in bulk ?
A: Yes you can! This is considered in the custom order and will take a bit more time than a regular order but we can provide wedding items in bulk! (Not wholesale)
Q: How long does shipping usually take?
A: We typically ship orders within 5-7 business days, shipping on custom orders is a bit different so visit that page for more information on those!
Return/exchange policy
-On typical conditions we do not offer Returns/ Exchanges, all sales are FINAL!!!
If an item is damaged please contact us for the best solution possible! After 3 days of receiving the item we will not be held responsible for any reported damage and cannot refund the product.
If you wish to cancel a custom order you will only be refunded half the cost of the item, because the item has already been adjusted and/ created and we do still need to compensate for the time and effort that has been put into your item!
Tailored items cannot be cancelled. After alterations the sale is FINAL.
Any order that has already been shipped that sale is final and cannot be returned/ exchanged.
Not happy with your fitting ?
We are happy to help with the fitting of your item, you can bring the item to us in person and have it adjusted to your size with our tailor.
Custom order rules/policies
-We offer custom orders in any design, fabric, and style of your choice. You can show us a picture of a suit you wish to custom order and we will do our best to design something as close as possible to the picture given. Please include as many details as you can for your custom orders.
Please make sure to let us know about your custom order at least 1 month prior, as it takes time to make.
For Bridal lehengas please let us know 2 months prior.
All custom orders require a 50% upfront deposit of your total when placing your order, the remainder will be paid in full prior to shipping your order. Please note that if you wish to cancel your custom order, the 50% deposit fee is Nonrefundable as it is to compensate for the time and effort put into making your custom order.
Custom orders are always final sale.
